upromise vs. club mom

I belong to upromise. Is club mom the same thing with a different name. Does anyone belong to both? Do you get double rewards? Sorry just a little confused.

Upromise is a site where companies give your kids money towards college. Clubmom just gives you points towards prizes. I don't think yo can get credit for both but I could be wrong.
