Upromise and Disney Gift Cards

Does anyone know if you get upromise credit for purchasing Disney Gift Cards online? I plan on booking a cruise next month (hopefully - if the 2013 cruises are available to book), and if I knew that I would get upromise credit for my gift card purchase, I would definitely purchase a gift card to pay for the cruise. I know that you can purchase a cruise through a certain TA and get upromise credit, but I like planning and doing things on my own, and if I were to use a TA, I'd want to choose them myself. Between booking a cruise and some WDW trips in the future, I could rack up quite a bit of upromise credit if credit is issued for the purchase of a gift card!

Disneystore.com does not allow their affiliates (like Upromise) to give credit for the purchase of gift cards.
