upload photos? Need Help

Sorry to be a bother, but I have read "how to create an album" on the FAQ section of the User tab, but I am clueless..

Anybody able to tell me how to upload photos to board?
I need Uploading for Dummies 101

You have to first put them on a photo hosting site - like Flickr, Photobucket, etc. - then those sites can create a link that you can post here.
