Upgrading Wild West Show Tickets

Ok this is my third and very last question of the day!

I have booked my tickets for the WWS from Ticketnet, and they are Cat 2 tickets. I'm sure I've read somewhere before that when I exchange my printout for proper tickets that it's possible then to pay the extra to upgrade to Cat 1 (if there are any seats available!). Is this correct?

Last time we went to WWS we had a rotten view and I'd like to know that we'd at least be able to see the whole show this time, not being put in a corner where we missed half of it!

Apart from the better viewing - are there any other advantages to booking Cat 1 seats?

I'm surprised you didn't get a good view in Cat 2. We had a fantastic seat, and I actually thought that by being higher up, we got to see everything.

Maybe you just got unlucky. I don't think there are any other benefits to being in Cat 1.

It says on the French IDF site that you can get Cat 1 for an extra 13€ - This is for the Billet Malin at 30/39€ so I guess you'd be in the same ball park as you've got 30€ tickets.

Cat 1 doesn't automatically ensure you a better view as if they put you down at the front you've got the railings plus all the dust etc that the animals kick up

You used to get chocolate with your coffee, a mocktail and some nachos but I think that's all gone now as they don't mention it on the site

When we went we thought the same as Ms Poppins that our cat 2 seats were better than most of the cat 1 seats. With the dust coming up from the ground I didn't fancy eating too close to the front either They don't allocate seats until you arrive so maybe you could try arriving on the early side and asking nicely for good seats?

I have sat at the front, middle & back. Best view was from the back as your now higher up. When I firs went they didn't have different catagories.
