Upgrading to Conceirge at check in? Price?

Last year when we went to the Poly to upgrade to conceirge garden view it would have cost us 70.00 a night.

Does anyone know what the typical upgrade cost at AK will be if it's available during our stay at the end of the month?

Did you upgrade from a standard garden view, or lagoon view? WOW, I think 70 a night sounds like a great deal. We have never done this, maybe next time!

Garden view to Garden view concierge. We didn't take it because we had 2 rooms and it would have been 140.00 more a night. If we only had 1 room we would have JUMPED on that price.

Well, the prices have gone up. I had lagoon view (400.00 per night/446 after taxes) and I dropped to garden view at 304 per night. Garden concierge was 410 per night. Those prices are for value time too, we are going this Feb 12-19. I am saving 700 for our stay by dropping to garden. I just hope I get a decent garden room. I would die if we had a parking lot view.

This past August when checking in at AKL (we booked standard) I asked about upgrading and it was $70 more to upgrade to Savannah view and $200 more to upgrade to concierge. We upgraded to the Savannah view, it was money well spent.

The prices would have been more if I had booked it initially concierge. The thing is they sometimes discount it when you upgrade while checking in...

Thank you, this is what I was looking for... Actually the difference between standard room and Savannah AP price is only about 40.00 dollars right now. We just booked Savannah room for 161.00 a night and Standard came out to around 120.00.

We were just at AKL in December. We had a pool room and to upgrade to savannah would have been $10/night. Unfortuately they were at 100% occupancy or I woul dhave jumped at it.

I've seen that too and I think the 50.00 was WL....

I tried to pay for a space in a concierge room, but they were all sold out. I do have one reserved in advance for this month, and when I was looking at other dates and the new package prices I could never find any concierge availability.
