upgrading to AP question

I know there have been threads about this before, but I can't seem to find the info I'm looking for.

I have a 5 day pass (well, just a voucher for the pass) for our trip in February. I was thinking of upgrading to an AP on the last day. What is the difference in price that I'll pay? I took advantage of the play for kids pricing, so is it the difference in that and an AP that I'll pay, or the difference in regular pricing and the AP? Also, I'm a DVC member and was hoping to get the $20 AP discount for DVC members, can I combine that with the upgrade?
 
You pay the difference between the price of the AP and the price you paid for your park hoppers. So, if you paid $199 for your hoppers and the AP is $269 you would pay $70 for the difference when you upgrade. Those numbers are accurate (well the $269 is) but you get the idea right. :)
