Upgrading to an annual pass at Sea World?

Hello all! I was wondering if you're able to upgrade a regular ticket to an annual pass? Do you get "full value" or is there a set amount that they use?
If I use an adult admission ticket for my DD entrance (who is 5), am I able to use it to upgrade? I'm able to get discounted tickets from work, but not children's ones.

I believe Sea World right now has a really nice deal where if you buy a 1 day admission you get the rest of 2007 for free. should check it out.
