No. This can only be done at Guest RELATIONS. The Disney Resorts provide Guest Services, but not Guest Relations.

Guest Relations are at the entrance to the 4 theme parks, the International Gateway, and 2 at Downtown Disney.

I would love to know what my River Country tickets can be upgraded to? Maybe I should take the advice someone offerred; to sell them on ebay as collector's items.

The only thing they'll do is give you a credit based on what you originally purchased them for. I think River Country was always cheaper than the other 2 H2O parks, so they probably do have a lot more value as a collector's item than as an admission credit.

The A,B,C,D, and E tickets work the same. They'll credit you - but it'll only be the 50 cents or whatever was originally paid for them.

It depends on what you want to do. If you have say a 5 day MYW PH and want to upgrade it to a 7 day, yes the resorts can do it. You can do adding of days and/or adding of options at the resorts.

If you have something like a partially used old ticket that you want to upgrade to an AP, no the resorts can't do it.
