My husband and I used our first day on April 16th, I know we have 14 days to upgrade...however I didn't know that you have to do it in person, and we are already home. I called and she told me to email guest.services@disney.com, but that email is not working. Does anyone know the email address and do you know if you can upgrade offsite, by phone? Anyone done this before?
