upgrading tickets question

anyone know if you can use way.com to upgrade to an ap, or can that only be done at Town Hall? tia!

If you already have a ticket they have to be upgraded at the park. If they are upgradable since not all tickets from way.com can be upgraded.

You do not go to City Hall for ticket upgrades...you should visit a ticket booth.
Way.com tickets should be upgradable. Pretty much only comp tickets are not upgradeable.

Actually the tickets without MM they sell are really discounted and can't be upgraded.

ok, thanks i was hoping i could use way.com to upgrade the park hoppers we already have as it would save $30 per person x5. if i find it too expensive to upgrade the hoppers, i will check out their hopper prices

Hmmmmm...I know one person IRL who upgraded their 3 day one park ticket with no MM that they purchased from way.com to park hoppers on their last day. That's why I mentioned they should be upgradeable.
I wonder if they actually had the MM on their ticket and thought they didn't.

I don't know that ALL hoppers without MM they've sold aren't upgradeable. When I looked a month or so ago they had DEEP discounts on their non-MM passes that specifically said they were NOT upgradeable because they were so deeply discounted. So I guess my point is you need to look at the fine print when you buy through way.com because being upgradeable isn't a "given".

I have read that they possibly use convention tickets for their non MM tickets due to the short amount of time availbel to use them. That would make sense why they would not be upgradeable.
