Upgrading ticket question

We are Florida residents and are wondering if we can upgrade a one day MK ticket to a Florida Resident Seasonal Pass during our stay. We are thinking about going for a day next week (1st week of August) which would be blacked out on the Seasonal Pass.

In general, I don't think you can upgrade ANYTHING on a multi-day ticket for only "one day".

I think I stated my question in a confusing way. We do not have current FL resident seasonal passes. I was thinking of possibly going one day next week but can't get in if I buy the passes because it's still blackout dates. So I was thinking I could buy a one day ticket then go to guest services before we leave and upgrade to a FL Resident pass which would not be used until blackout dates are over.

I did just call CRO and confused the CM who had me hold then came back and said that yes I could do this. But I'm not sure if my question is being understood or not. Now I'm not sure if I understand it myself!

Yes, You can upgrade a single day ticket to a seasonal pass no problem. You just won't be able to use it again until after the block out dates.

Do you think I can apply the cost of a two-day ticket to a seasonal pass?

I beleive so..... don't hold me to it 100%, as im a little rusty on this stuff...

I don't think it would be a problem - only thing is that the exp. date of the seasonal would be dated as the first day that the two-day ticket was used. So if you used a day today (7/25), used day 2 on 7/26 and upgraded it on 7/26 then it would still expire 7/25.

Double check with Guest Relations though.
