Upgrading Three Day Passes, Purchased Through Travel Agent, to Annual Passes

In June, my family had a European trip planned, but it was canceled due to COVID. We booked are trip through Delta Vacations and were given a voucher. Our Universal Studios annual passes expired in September and my family would like to renew them. I called Delta Vacations and they only offer multiple day passes. Would I be able to order day passes through Delta Vacations and upgrade them to annual passes when we are on site by paying the price difference? I am worried that because we are buying them through a travel agency, this won't be possible. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

But since your original delta vacation package was cancelled due the pandemic, call UO and ask them.

You would surprised how they deal with individual issues to help all guests.
