Upgrading school band tickets

I am going with my daughter's school band in a few weeks and have been trying to find out if we can add days to our tickets. We do not have magic bands or ticket info yet. The band director was supposed to check for me, but I can't get him to answer my emails.

Has anyone successfully added days to a ticket that they purchased as part of a school band trip?
