Upgrading hoppers to AP....FP??

I have all my FP booked including the real hard ones like slinky dog and FOP. We have a package with hoppers but our AP just expired last month so we were going to go to guest services when we get there and upgrade them to gold APs. In that moment that they have to cancel the hoppers and make them APs, I won’t lose my FP’s right? Anyone have experience with this?We are going with a large group that we spent hours getting everyone’s FP all coordinated, so this would be devastating.

losing FPs.)

I just upgraded in April on my trip. Did it a couple days into our trip, but not done with park days yet. Everything was fine - FPs still in place for everyone.

We upgraded ours from a 10 at guest services. Everything transferred fine.
