Upgrading Hopper passes to include water parks...

I was wondering if I would be able to upgrade some of our no-expiration hopper passes to include the water parks. If so, can I do it from home or do I have to do it at the resort when we arrive? Thanks in advance for any help!

If you have already USED any part of these tickets, they cannot be upgraded.
That's because all upgrades must be done within the first 14 days after a ticket's first USE.

If these are NEW (never used) tickets, you can upgrade them at WDW at any time, even after you have started using them (as long as it is within the first 14 days after the ticket's first USE.)

You really should start using the tickets before you upgrade.

They can be upgraded at any of the parks, TTC, DTD and at any WDW resort.
