upgrading GAD on a blackout day

I thought I had this all figured out and then my DH's work schedule changed and messed everything up, so now the first day we arrive is a black out day with our GAD vouchers, can we upgrade to a two or three day park hopper on a black out day, or only to the AP?

An AP blockout day? Yes, you can upgrade ON a blockout day and still get the AP.

Or do you mean a GAD blocked day? I'm not sure you can do anything with a GAD voucher on a blocked out day for that program...

its a GAD black out day, I emailed and I don't think the person responding even read my question they didn't answer what I asked.

the gad voucher is blacked out 3-21 and thats the day we are going now so Im trying to figure it out. Im hoping I can upgrade to a so cal 2 day.
