Hey guys!
We upgraded our Free QSDP to the DDP for our upcoming trip. But I just realize something- by paying more and upgrading, are we losing our resort mug (Since they aren't on the list for DDP until 2012?) I'm sure we lost our extra snack, but the mug too? Does anyone know?
Thanks!

Yes, if your reservation starts in 2011 you will be losing the mug if you upgrade. Once you upgrade, you will be on the regular plan, not the quick service, and you will get the entitlements of the regular plan.
My sister and i are staying at pop century and received the free
quick service dining plan. We were thinking of up grading but found
it was better to stay with what we have.We do have a few reserved dinner
res. but did not want to find 2 more res.We had a hard time getting the ones we have and the QSD offers alot .(2 QS meals,2 snacks and the mug)
At least with the QSD you can eat when you feel.I hate it when your
having a great time in the parks and have to leave because you have
dinner res.
always by the refillable mugs for like $15 a piece. This is not a deal breaker.
It really comes down to how you want to enjoy meals. If you want the TS meal experience I feel this is a great plan. You still have some freedom without reservations for your 1 QS meal.
We like the regular DP and we always upgrade at a value. We find one snack credit to be enough and we usually use it for a breakfast item. Remember, you'll be getting a dessert with your TS meal and that's kind of a snack credit when you think about it.
