You can upgrade a PH only when it's still valid. If you used it Tuesday, you would have had to upgrade ON Tuesday since it was only valid for 1 day. (for example if its a 5 day PH you can upgrade up until the end of the 5th day of use or before it expires which ever comes first).

Im going on July 20th havent gone yet, but the lady I talked to on the phone told me I had to pay the whole price of the passport and I just want to take advantage of the monthly payments which the down payment is 72 the price of a one day one park...just wondering if there is a way for them to waive the 72 and i could care less about getting the difference back. Dont know if I should talk to a manager when we go and see what he can do for us

Got it! In the park go to the AP center and they'll apply the price you paid towards your pass and then they'll set up the monthly payment based on the remaining balance as long as you are a SoCal resident. YES the amount paid will count as your down payment. They did this last year a lot with the birthday tickets and those that actually work in the AP Center will be able to do it easily.

Where is the AP center exactly..and which park would have the smaller line to go to

In DCA it's in the store on the left had side when you walk in, but I'm not sure if its always open. In DL it's at the Plaza Pavillion at the end of the hub before you head into Adventureland on the left. I've never seen that long of a line there either. I'd just check out the line as you walk. You can do it any time that day (but the sooner the better so you can get your food and merchandise dicounts).

Thank you so much for your help..just didnt want to use these and then still have to pay the $72 for the down payment..
