Yes, I know free dining is not always cost effective, especially with upgrading but for our family of 5 who wants character meals and was already planning on park hoppers, I think it will work out.
With that being said, does the upgrade need to be done when booking a package or can it be added on later? If added on later, does it need to be done prior to final payment?
