Upgrading existing Escape cake

We're seriously thinking about upgrading to a Mad Hatter cake. Our colors are black, white, and yellow. I just think the MH cake will look awesome in those colors.

With that being said.. I don't know what to tell them I want, besides a MH cake! Should I find pics of the ones that I like for them to refer to?? I don't really have any specifications. All of the MH cakes I've seen are AMAZING!! So can I just say, Here are my colors, I just want a MH cake?!?! Or will it look like pooh if I just let them have at it??

I decided at the last minute to upgrade my cake to a mad hatter, and I just told them I wanted my colours incorporated into it, and I wanted my cats (yes, seriously) to be incorporated into it. Here is what mine turned out like:

I loved mine, and was happy to be surprised by what it looked like. That being said, if you really have something in mind, I would probably try to communicate that idea to them.

That's so cute!! I read in Passporter's that the included cake in the Escape package has a upgrade value of $200 and the 2 tier MH cakes start around $400, right? Is it much more to add extra? We want the chocolate bride and groom mickey ears as the topper. We'll just let the one included in the package be table deco!

I just checked my final BEO, and it looks like I paid $100 more for the upgrade. They didn't charge me more for choosing different flavours, or adding the cats. I seem to remember other people being charged more though...so I'm not really sure if I just got lucky, or if that is the price
