We have 5 in our group - 3 adults and 2 children ages 10 & 14. I was planning to do the Buy 4 get 1 free Mastercard offer but before I do that, I wanted to be sure that there wasn't any way to take advantage of the "free kids ticket". I know there has been discussion about the fact that these tickets aren't marked but my question would be whether we could upgrade the kids "free" tickets to adult tickets. I've searched for some type of email address for customer relations at Universal but haven't found one. I know someone posted a while ago that they asked this question when they called and were told they "might" be able to do this. Has anyone actually done it? If so, how much did it cost? I don't care about the extra 2 days feature because we will only be there for 2 days but it might be cheaper than the Mastercard offer.

Most multi-day child's tickets can be upgraded to an adult ticket for around $10. The bonus pass (2 days get 3 days free) is the same pass for both adults and children. There is not really a child's ticket for the Bonus pass. So essentially, when you get the kid's free ticket, it has no age limit on it. That is not the case for other child's multi-day tickets though.

The bonus pass and the annual passes are the same price for adults and children so there is nothing to upgrade to.
