Upgrading at hotel?

We are considering buying a 2 day pass to US/IOA from UT. If we decided we'd like to park hop, can we upgrade at RPH? Or do we have to make that decision now?

If you're staying on site, I HIGHLY recommend the park to park pass. Just get it now and save yourself the hassle. You can do early admission at IoA, then hit the resort for a pool break or City Walk for food, then head over to Universal for the evening since they close a few hours later than IoA. We spent 3 nights at RPH last August, and we park hopped every single day, sometimes more than once. It was a great perk, and we would not have had as much fun without it.

If you want to upgrade, you'll need to do that at Guest Services at either park...or just get the park to park ticket now.
