We we heading to Universal Friday and I need to upgrade my seasonal AP. Can this be done at our hotel (Adventura first night, Portofino Bay the next 3), or do I need to go to guest services at the park entrance? I’ll also need to purchase a ticket for my son. Can I do that with the AP discount at the hotel, or does it have to be guest services? Thank you!
