Upgrading Annual Pass

Am I able to upgrade my Power Pass to a Preferred Pass without having the pass on me when I go? Traveling home from Chicago, figured I would have someone drop me off at Universal while I upgrade and get the new ticket. Possible?

Or can I call and upgrade and pick the ticket up?

You should be able to do that...just go to Guest Services and they will upgrade it for you. Your information will be in the computer and you would pay the difference.
