Upgrading and PAT/Boarding group

Hello! I am sailing out of Port Everglades on the Dream in December and my PAT is 11:30 and I am boarding group 5. Am I allowed to try to upgrade before 11:30 or do I have to wait until 1130? Also, is 11:30 the earliest you can get there?

I believe your boarding group is already the lowest you can have without DCL transfers. We took DCL transfers in September and were group 4.

Unfortunately you will not be allowed to check in and ask for upgrades until you are actually in the terminal. The process is when you are allowed in the terminal you check in and then they will send you to the supervisor's desk to inquire about upgrades.

You may be able to get to the port a few minutes before 11:30 but if you are too early they will make you wait in "corrals" with the different PAT times until yours is called.
