DSil bought three-day tickets through UnderCover Tourist and has added them to her MDE account. Now she would like to add another day -- can this be done before arrival so that she can book the FastPass+ for that extra park day?

I'm not sure, but if it does work, she'd have to pay the extra $$$ for the discounted ticket. It's always better to use the ticket first, IMO, to keep the savings.

Thanks - that's what I figured. In which case, she'll have to book her FP for the park where it matters most, and then just add the additional day as soon as she arrives. Then she can book the FP for the additional park.

You might try contacting UCT and see if they are able to upgrade (thus keeping the discount). Then she'd be able to book all 4 days of FP in advance instead of just the 3 day.

Not sure if UCT can do that once they've issued, but worth a phone call. In my head I'm thinking if I were UCT, I'd want the sale of the extra day.

they would have accepted it as a return with a 5% restocking fee if you hadn't added it to the MDE account but once its linked its not returnable

Now that it is linked to her MDE, she is unable to make any changes to the ticket until she's at the park.

The same thing happened to me for our trip in May. I had a six day park hopped but meant to order a seven day. We always go to the park on arrival day, but only for a short time, so I chose not to make FP reservations for arrival day. Then I was able to make them for the remainder of our trip (scoring an Anna and Elsa FP for our last day).

In order to add the seventh day to our tickets, we entered the park with our magic bands on arrival day and went right to Guest Relations. Since we had used the ticket to get in, the upgrade fee was only about $10 per ticket.
