Do they allow upgrades? If I buy the 4 day 2 park pass and decide while in the park that I'd prefer the power pass, can I just pay the difference?

Yes...just pay the difference at Guest Services.

you would pay the difference of what you paid for your tickets to the power pass.

if you bought the original tickets from UO, it would be a wash.

What is the Power Pass?

The Power Pass is the base annual pass that would include park admission. It does not allow for free parking or any discounts at the park or resorts. It also has blackout dates during busy travel seasons like summer, Christmas week and Spring Break. People who have the Power Pass are sometimes left out from attending passholder previews of new attractions. Your best bet would be to get the Preferred AP which includes park admission, free parking and discounts at the parks and resorts.
