Upgrading a Power Pass to the full Annual Pass??

We bought the Power Pass and used it this month, but we would like to upgrade to the regular Annual Pass now, so that we can use it in March during the black out date period..Can this be done at the parks?? Is the cost the differnce in the price of the Passes?? Any info is helpful..thanks!!

I haven't upgraded, but they said I could do it at the park anytime I wanted. The difference is $60 thereabouts. We have WDW annuals too, so I just planned to going there on blackout weekends. I may upgrade one for the parking tho', I think it will pay for itself.
