Upgrading a pass...question about price.

Hello all!

Everyone in my family has Power Passes. We got them last summer, so we could back up this year's vacation and use them a second time (since we only go once a year.)

Last year, my mom went with us, and she has a AAA membership (we purchased our tickets through AAA.) So, we got food/merch discounts through AAA (I had a temporary friend/family pass since we traveled together with her.)

This year, she is not going. I was thinking about upgrading one of our passes to the next one up for the 10% discounts on food/merch.

Since our passes are only good for 8 more days when we get there, will they charge the full difference for the year to upgrade, or just a fraction?

There are no blackout dates when we are going, so I won't need to upgrade any of them, just thought if it was a small upgrade cost, it would be worth the discounts to upgrade one.

if you upgrade, you pay the full amount
have not read anywhere that UO gave a prorated set up for the ap's.

if it has happened for anyone, hopefully they will post about it here.
