Upgraded to iTunes 10 and now cannot access podcast achives

I just upgraded my iTunes to version 10 and cannot figure out a way to download or even access my podcast achives. In the past I was able to click on an arrow (located after the name of the podcast) to easily access the podcast achives. This arrow does not show up in the new version of iTunes. I usually use iTunes to download podcasts and then transfer them using Rhapsody to my Sansa MP3. Can anyone help?? (I just started to listen to MuggleCast and was hoping to go back to the beginning of this podcast to listen from Day One.)

I just downloaded it and checked my podcasts, they are fine. Hover over the bottom of the picture and an arrow comes up.
