Upgraded question about tickets

we called and upgraded from CBR to Animal Kingdom today for pretty much same price. But when I went on to check everything the tickets didn't show up. My husband made sure to question about the tickets and they assured him it was the same. Does it take a little while for tickets to show up after you change reservations? Any words of wisdom please. I just need to know if we need to call back.
