upgrade ????

It's probably been asked but I haven't been on in a while so I don't know the answer.
If you get your free ticket from volunteering can you upgrade it to a park hopper and/or a 3 day park hopper?

How would you do this if it's available?

As far as I understand they can be upgraded. I think the vouchers have a $70 value and you can upgrade, even on an annual pass? Hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong
