Upgrade to FL Resident 3/4 Day Ticket

I know that they don't have the Discover Disney passes anymore (boo), but they have their "new" passes with all the black out dates that last for a little bit longer. Its not ideal but I guess that's what I get for procrastinating. My question is can I upgrade a regular 1 day MYW ticket to this FL resident ticket? Should I do it before the pass is used?

Yes, you can upgrade a one day ticket to one of the FL 3-4 day tickets within 14 days of its original use, as long as you show proof of FL residency. I recommend this to virtually all my single-day guests who tell me they live here in FL.
