Upgrade to Deluxe at Check in?

Hello Everyone!

I know I can't add DDP at check in, but i was wondering if I could upgrade from DDP to DxDDP at check in? I wont know for sure if we can do it budget wise until after Christmas, so I just did regular DDP when I made my reservation, and we are renting points so I don't want to bother our DVC owner with more requests later. We are staying at AKL (doubt that matters, but just in case!!)

No, that will have to be done in advance as well (48 hours for DVC reservations).
