Upgrade to AP over phone?

We've already paid for our package. Our trip is actually next week. Can I pay the difference now and have them link it up for me, or do I have to wait till I get there? If I have to wait, can I do it at my hotel (Pop)? I know I'll have to wait till I get there to get the actual card.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can upgrade to AP over the phone.

Once your AT Disney, you have to do it at guest services at one of the parks or DTD.

I upgraded three one day park tickets to AP over the phone two weeks ago. It's worth a try!!

Oh, I had read somewhere you could upgrade at the hotel, but I see now it wasn't for AP. Thanks everyone....
