We visited Walt Disney World back in October for Not So Scary (no other park tickets) and booked a bounce-back offer for a 10 day stay at Pop Century over the 4th of July. The bounce-back offer included the free dining package, allowing us to save on food costs. We love our Disney trips and my wife and I would like to visit both Food and Wine and Flower and Garden later in the year. I have seen people discuss upgrading daily park tickets to annual passes. Is that still a possibility if we are taking advantage of the dining plan offer on this trip? I’m afraid Disney may see it as a double dip and not allow it when taking advantage of a dining offer. With the benefit of Photopass, dining and merchandise discounts, special events, and the desire to return later in the year I would love to take advantage of the upgrade if possible. Can anyone provide some insight on this? Thanks!

yes - once you go I to the parks go to guest servicesand upgrade - u will keep your dinning pkg.

if u have memory maker added, they will credit ththaththat towards your pkg as well

Not true.

Once you have "checked in" at the resort (you can use "on line check-in) and have used the package ticket to go into a theme park...
you SHOULD be able
to upgrade your ticket to AP right inside your MDX account.
It will automatically give you the right amount for the upgrade and you should be able to
complete the upgrade in a matter of minutes.
