Upgrade / question

I have gotten lucky a couple of time and got and upgrade or a cool surprise before when we have gone on an anniverysary trip to a disney resort. However, this time we are going on the dining special offered in September staying at POR French Quarter. Do you know if Disney would or has upgraded a family to a Deluxe Resort. If you know how this could come true please give me some advise. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated this is our 15th anniversary.

I trully dont think very many people get upgraded from one level of resort to another higher. You might get a room upgrade as in conceirge or water view etc. Also the free dining is ment to pull people into the resorts for a slower season.

JMHO but I agree that there is almost zero chance of booking a Moderate and hoping to be upgraded to Deluxe UNLESS something happens like the resort is overbooked, etc.

JMHO again, but if you want a really, really want a Deluxe you probably will have to pay the difference for it. I wish for you that for your 15th anniversary they would switch you as an upgrade , but remember that there will be LOTS of people there celebrating something (honeymoons, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), so I imagine they hear these requests all the time and are unable to help.
