Upgrade on Child Ticket with Plus Features

I have an old child's ticket. The only thing left on it are two plus features (waterpark). By the time we go again, the child will no longer be a child (at least according to Disney). What will happen to the plus features?

They'll still be good.

Take the ticket and the child to Guest rRlatons and ask to exchange the child's ticket for an adult's ticket - because your child is now an adult according to Disney. The CM will give you an adult's ticket with the same number of unused plus options as the child's ticket had. There is no charge for this.
