Upgrade - is this one? Help me???

I just checked our ressie and we finally went from GTY to a room number - 2502....we booked a cat 11...is this an upgrade??


Please help!

Cabin #2502 is a Cat 9, Oceanview, so yes it looks like you were upgraded. Congrats!

Thanks so much - our cruise leaves 5/13 - a 3 nighter, we arrive at WDW 5/9 for four nights before hand.....I can't wait!

Congratulations!! Looks like we are on the same cruise. We are staying at POFQ before the cruise. Have you stayed at the AKL before? You are going to love it. We have stayed there twice already (the last time was this February). Have fun!!

It seems like booking GTY at a Cat. 11 rate is the best way to get an upgrade (from what I have seen on these boards). I have sailed every year since 2000 and have never gotten an upgrade. But I have seen many people post they had these GTY rooms and they have gotten upgrades (even on their first trip).

I have talked several families into joining us in September, and one of them booked this way. I am waiting to see if they get upgraded.
