Upgrade from room only to pkg

Anyone know if I can upgrade from Pin code room only to PKG? I was thinking maybe I would like the dining option. Also I wanted to purchase an AP. Can this be done? Can it be done at checkin?

I have a great $137 WL wooded view rate I dont really want to lose.

To get a package with dining you MUST purchase MYW tickets as well as the room amd dining. Some people have been able to get code rates converted to packages and some have not....depends on the code. However regardless you would have to buy MYW tickets for each member of your party to get dining....so the AP would not work.
