Upgrade from City Pass to AP?

Does anyone know how much it costs to upgrade from a City Pass to an Annual Pass?

The way it has worked in the past, and I can't imagine it has changed, is that you will get "credit" for the price of a pre-purchase 3 day hopper. Then you pay the rest...so if a pre-purchase 3 day hopper is 189, you would pay the difference between that and 269 of the Deluxe AP.
