Upgrade free DDP to DXDP?

I thought that I had read somewhere that if you booked the free DDP package that you could upgrade it to the Deluxe plan. Does anyone know if this is true and how much it would cost?

It costs the difference between the two plans (about $32 for adults and $10 for children).
