I currently have a Fla. Seasonal Pass and want to go to Disney during one of the black out dates. I want to upgrade the pass to a regular Fla. Annual Pass. I am pretty sure I can just pay the difference between the cost of my Seasonal and the Regular AP. My question is this: Can I put a one day MYW ticket I have towards the price difference and pay the balance? I tried calling Disney and got no where with the CM. Anyone else have any similar experience?

I don't think you can cash in or combine "several" tickets to wind up with only one. You will be able to upgrade your passes and pay the difference but can't turn in a MYW ticket to help with the cost.

It never hurts to ask however... I was able to trade in an unused 1 day MYW pass to get my MNSSHP ticket. You just have to be willing to ask around, and be extra nice.

You cannot combine several tickets towards the balance of one...you can pay the differece from the SP to the AP but remember your anniversary date will still remain the same. So if you are 6 months into your pass when you upgrade they do not prorate the price. You will pay the full rate difference and it will still expire on the origian SP.

What you are doing is applying your Seasonal AP towards the regular FL resident AP. That's the one ticket they allow you to apply towards the new one. The MYW ticket would be your second one and that they do not allow. It's an either/or situation. You can't do both.
