Upgrade Airmiles Universal tickets? m

Seeing as I don't have enough airmiles for flights, I was looking at the Universal tickets. What I really want is the Orlando Flex ticket, but the closest I can get through Airmiles is the 3 day park-to-park plus Wet and Wild. Could I upgrade that at the park to the Flex pass, does anyone know? (I know Disney is good about crediting the face value of tickets for upgrades.)
