I feel the same way about Tier system they are introducing. Half of the 2nd tier ones like Spaceship Earth do not require a FP. It does not make any sense

Oh, I love that grumpy cat book. I spent good amt of time flipping through it in walmart and cracking up. I have one saved on my phone, that my son and I say when I am helping him with his homework and tad stressed, to lighten the mood " I can't brain today, I got the dumbs!" That kills us every time

The one my son loves is "Stop and smell the roses; I saw some on the Freeway"

Lisa Yes, yes, different colors and names on the bands! Here's what we chose:

Me:
Band 1: Blue (matches my Cinderella PHM costume! LOL) and "Luv2Run" for the name.
Band 2: Pink and "Karen" for the name.

Savannah:
Band 1: Orange and "Ed'sWife" for the name.
Band 2: Pink and "Ed'sWife" again. I would be concerned if he weren't a celebrity and completely unattainable. At least she has good taste, he seems like a nice guy. (I'm talking about Ed Sheeran for anyone reading this that has no idea what I'm talking about)

Eleanor:
Band 1: Orange and "Eleanor" ...she called herself boring (with a smile)
Band 2: Grey and "Eleanor"

So those are our choices! I am thinking about getting some rhinestones and decorating them. Whatya think? I have been told that both bands will work, so we chose colors we thought we would like if we wanted them to match.

Oh and you took a computer to PHM last year to surprise the Goddesses, did you not??? That's worse than a phone.

I've been on here ALL DAY LONG. I never do that. My mom's situation is very critical right now and I'm trying to shove down emotions. And the funny thing is, it actually worked. No wonder people play video games.

I'm just going to keep reminding myself all day to chill out and try to enjoy the little moments I have. I'm so incredibly stressed, there are so many petsits to do... but I know I'll be able to grab a moment with my mom and my sister. I'm going to try at least!

See, this is why I love you. It's your view of the world, so pretty, just like the way you see through a lens! Sweet, thank you. You know what forget humble, I do. And actually I think it comes from having to work out the other part - the messes of life - started from a very young age doing so - that makes me see the smaller things. You should see the movie, About Time. I truly feel like we all miss some of the smaller joys that added together make for a lovely life. So many people are striving for things, which is often wonderful, but sometimes at the expense of *seeing* things right there, right now. Because we both know that beyond right there, right now might never come for any of us. So what a futile method to use in life when it's right in front of us, the beauty, even if the worst of moments. In all actuality, I bumbled into that thread Not in my eyes at all! , tried to fit in You did. Perfectly. , felt like an outsider I almost started crying to read that, certainly not in my world Karen. I LOVED you coming on. , always worried that I was saying the wrong things Please all of us were SO different that that is what gave me such joy about the thread - so many were a ying to my yang. Not as emotional etc. I miss that part - it helped me grow and see life outside myself. or that no one would like me Well they/we/I did. ...and then eventually figured that's why the whole thread died! Yep...I personally killed it.

I do realize that you were just expressing how differently you saw things and hardly needed a rebuttal , I just felt like it, Karen. Just so you know that thread was dying on its own when you happened to come or even before you came, Karen. We had been it running since January 2008?? and I joined it about six/seven months in, so I understood each new person and what they felt to jump in even though I was there practically since the beginning. But it ran its course and fb, keeping in touch there, helped it to go as well. And nothing ugly - just life and some moving on. You brought joy and life into it at a time when it needed it.YOU made it run longer than it probably would have on its own. Truly, Karen. And I for one am so incredibly grateful for you.

Meh, it was an ok weekend. I loved having Rey home but I was sick on top of having to petsit like a mad woman. Not really the time together I would have preferred. AND, yesterday was his birthday. He leaves back out and won't be back until Christmas, but then he'll get a good week and a half off!

Naturally, I will be crazybusy again for Christmas though.

Trip money!! I only have $300 on my balance! Cannot wait to get it totally paid off.

Don't know I'm ready to call myself a runner as of yet....maybe still in the "wanna be" class but trying!! You keep me motivated Where are you going to stay when you go for the race? Have any of you stayed at POR? I'm thinking of booking (when the deals come out, ofcourse) for Dec 2014 trip. Have a sunshiny day (we need it in NC to stay warm - kindof cold today)
