Updating tickets to Sorcerer's Pass and add Memory Maker

Has anyone updated their tickets to a Sorcerer's pass and add Memory Maker? We have a trip first week in October and I would like to upgrade to Sorcerer pass before we go making sure I get any discounts and having the Memory Maker work. We are staying on-site and I have read that if you stay on-site you won't lose park reservations.

People have been able to call ticketing and they have been able to process the upgrade.

What number should I call? the CM on chat told me to call 407-560-2428. That line is all circuits busy. Then I tried calling existing tickets at 407-566-4985 and answered in the que and next thing I am holding for DVC to plan a vacation. I am now on hold but I don't know if it's the right number. I answered that I had existing tickets that I have not used and it appears I am on hold for help to switch park days. Do I answer that I want to purchase new annual pass to make sure I get to the right person?

When you activate it, you’ll receive a Sorcerer pass with the MM addon. If you have a Thanksgiving trip booked, you’ll need to talk to them because the Wednesday through Saturday that week are blocked out.
