Updating Online Check In

I am trying to update my online check in but I can't seem to make any changes. I am trying to put in a room location for my 12/3 trip but it doesn't have anything in the pulldown menu to choose from. It just has select but there is nothing to select from.

That hasn't worked for a year. Call the reservation line and have your request manually added to your reservation.

I can't even online check in at all.
