Umm...like the walls blocking the view of the graveyard?

There was absolutely no line at all (there were maybe 10 of us in all in the narration room) & we ran right in....must've missed it! (In my defense, it was nighttime & totally dark )

We were there Saturday and waiting about 10 min for HM. The walls were up and no cracks for peeking All we could see was mesh. Liberty Belle was closed.

Actually OT, I can't remember ever seeing MK in such a state of overhall, even when they did Main Street last year. There are tarps and closings everywhere!

Honestly... HM moves people thru so fast I have a hard time picturing how FP could really help.

You are correct, since it is a "conveyor belt" style attraction and those are the highest capacity type of Disney attractions. Actually, the HM is one of the few attractions at WDW that doesn't fall completely into one category ("batch," "show" or "conveyor belt"). It is in essence a modfied conveyor belt with a brief batch "preshow" element added in the form of the stretching room. That setup is residue of the original at DL; the stretching room was a clever accomodation to simultaneously move large numbers of guests under the DL railroad (the entrance to the DL HM is inside the rail line, the ride building is outside).
