According to Mike Scopa of MousePlanet.com, who visited the Disney outlets yesterday, the Belz Factory Outlets mall has recently (within the last 3-5 weeks) changed it's name to Prime Outlets. Signs on the buildings and along Oakridge Road have been covered with temporary signs with the nerw name, and billboards along I-4 with the Belz logo have been removed.
There is no indication yet whether the mall had it's name changed by the parent company, or if the mall was sold to another company. The mall's web site has absolutely no mention of this name change and has not been altered recently.
All of the stores inside seem to be operating normally.

Mike also visited the Character Premier at the Orlando Premium Outlets yesterday. This visit was chaos, due to incredible crowd levels and completely full parking lots. Visitors were parking in driving lanes, grassy areas, and other no-parking zones.
The shelves at Character Premier were nearly bare, probably owing to the huge number of shoppers.

Character Corner, at the Lake Buena Factory Stores on SR535, has relocated to a new storefront within the shopping center. Formerly near the front of the property, Character Corner is now way in the back, on the strip of stores farthest from the entrance.
