Has anyone ever experienced this situation when shopping in VMK? The credits decrease, but the items do not appear in your inventory?

I have refreshed my screen, double checked all inventory categories, and written VMK with some very specific details. (Emporium instance and the time I shopped, etc.)

I knew my starting VMK credit balance.
This morning it appears as if:

1. Jungle Cruise credits may not have been posted to my account although I got the in game messages. Resolution: The credits were posted.
2. Donald pins were not added to my inventory, but the credits were deducted.
3. There were more credits gone, than I spent. (I stopped shopping to verify how many pins I purchased, so as not to "over buy" when I discovered the problem.)
   Resolution stated I purchased and confirmed purchase of 9 churro carts at 1,000 credits each.

Any advice? Thanks in advance. I'm talking about 9K.

I had that happen before. Try going into one of your rooms and dropping or picking up furniture. That helped for me.

I have also logged out and logged back in to the game.

Thanks for mentioning that I did get the pin I bought however I just realized they charged me like 1000 credits for it when I only bought one

Be very careful when shopping nowadays. If you are on an item screen, then go to another page in that item screen, even though the picture shows something, your cursor is still highlighting the previous screens item. You have to actually click on the new screen item to select it.

I'd go through your inventory and see if you didn't buy something else by accident.

Hmm. That is interesting. If I was charged 1,000, it would explain my credit balance. But still no pins.

I went through my inventory again and again. No additional items. The Fab 5Donald pin was the only item I went to purchase today. I did get the confirm purchase messages on the Donald pin. Shawdowy Pirate, I will keep your tip in mind for future shopping.

Since they are pins missing from inventory I also tried swapping a pin off my lanyard to see if that would help...along the idea of Redshoes furniture tip posted above...No luck

This happened to me the other day. I went to the shop button to buy a red shirt for an outfit I was putting together and bought it but it wasn't in my inventory. So, I thought maybe I hit something wrong and bought it again and didn't get it either time. Even after a few days of signing off and on, still no shirt. I have also noticed you don't always get all the credits you earn sometimes.

I seriously have never noticed this. When I buy things, they are in my inventory. Whether or not I've been overcharged for items, I honestly haven't noticed either?! That's not really fair!

On a serious note, I'm sorry you and everyone else is having shopping issues, I need to pay more attention now!

Yes, this happened to me the other day. I bought a few water rugs, the credits went down, but it never showed up in my inventory. It still isn't there!

I have yet to receive an auto reply from Contact Us. My hope is that they are researching the problem. I sent very specific information. My fingers are crossed that there is a resolution before the pin goes "off sale".

Yesterday, I reached a credit goal, so I knew my credit balance. In addition the starting credit total was also still up on the main VMK login page, behind my "game play" window when I discovered the problem.

I was trying to buy 10 of the weekend pins in the Emporium S-W-W. I paused to check my inventory at 7:18am PST, so as not to overbuy. It was then I noticed the problem. My credits were 9K less and there were no Fab 5 Donald Pins. I was expecting to see 8 or 9 pins. (My credit total leads me to believe 1,000 credits was deducted for each attempted pin purchase.)

The loss of 9K makes it more than obvious to me that something is not right. I do understand systems problems happen. Please VMK, make it right. I will keep everyone posted. Thanks for the support and the jokes.

9,000 credits= a lot of time and effort catching those ghosts!

This is very interesting because earlier today a friend was telling me she had bought Mickey and Minnie pins, but is currently only showing all Mickeys.

Scared to shop now.........

Well I just received a reply from VMK. Thank you very much Shorty for the reply.

The reply stated that I purchased 9 Churro Carts. (The first item on the Emporium Specials page.) I logged in to VMK and there they are in my inventory. I truly do not recall seeing 9 carts in inventory earlier and at 10am EST I find it hard to believe I would have confirmed the purchase of 9 carts. Although...anything is possible.

Either way I received a prompt reply from VMK. Thanks again to the VMK Team to everyone that cheered me up today.

Churro carts are 1,000 credits each. So, 9 would be 9,000 credits. All is resolved.

This would be me - I bought mickey pins and last week bought minnie pins - I now have double my mickey pins and no minnie pins. I have no idea what happened. My minnies turned into mickeys - so I have no minnie pins
